Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise.  Standard shipping is a $5.00 flat rate fee for all orders within the continental United States.  Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order.  We do offer international shipping for a fee (price varies per item, starting at $20 and goes up from there depending on the weight of the order). Our local post office is closed on Sundays, so our shipping center is as well. This means all orders placed late Saturday or on Sundays will not ship out until the following week. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours, which are Monday-Saturday. Typically regular First Class Packages shipping time is 5-7 days & Priority Shipping is 3-4 days.

If you do need expedited/priority shipping, this option is available at checkout.

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

RETURN POLICY:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.

LOST PACKAGES: All packages are sent with a USPS tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout, if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office "for international packages". We ARE NOT responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
