Shipping & Returns
Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate fee for all orders in the United States. We do offer international shipping for a fee (price varies per item, starting at $20 and goes up from there depending on the weight of the order). Our local post office is closed on Sundays, so our shipping center is as well. This means all orders placed late Saturday or on Sundays will not ship out until the following week. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours, which are Monday-Saturday. Typically regular First Class Packages shipping time is 5-7 days & Priority Shipping = 3-4 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with the item/items we have mailed to you, then you may send it back to us according to the following rules:
The item/items must be post marked and mailed back to us within 10 days from the date you received the item via tracking provided.
The item/items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes no perfume or any marks from makeup from trying clothes on. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box that you received the item in must be returned to us as well, in its original condition along with the shoes. Shoes returned using the shoe box as a shipping container are not permitted. Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please indicate the items you're returning as well as the reason for the return. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail address, Item/Items, Description, Reason for Return. If you do not provide each of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
RETURNS: Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a Digital Gift Card. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT ITEM OR A DIFFERENT SIZE, PLEASE CONTACT US TO PLACE A NEW ORDER.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL: Anything that you purchased at a discount price is a final sale and we do not accept returns on sale items. This includes jewelry, hair accessories, clothing, scarves, shoes, ANYTHING PURCHASED AT A SALE PRICE.
We do strive to inspect every single item before it is shipped to you, but if you do happen to receive a defective item you must notify us by email or direct message through your account within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions!
LOST PACKAGES: All packages are sent with a USPS tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout, if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office "for international packages". We ARE NOT responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE THE STORE CREDIT: You will receive an email with the store credit amount in the form of an online gift card, which can be used towards website purchases ONLY. The store credit cannot be used for purchases made during a live sale.
OVERVIEW: Returns made to us that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $7.95 shipping plus $10 handling fee to be returned to you.
